Fieldmotion Ltd was founded in 2012 by CEO Jim Finnegan and Managing Director Jerome Finnegan. After running a business that had field based engineers carry out installations and service visits, the team tried numerous mainstream CRM systems, but like many small to medium businesses most were too costly and over complex.
The team also noticed many of their suppliers and local businesses were still stuck with paper based processes, whilst every employee carried a smart mobile device in their pocket. Centrally they are proposing business process innovation offering radical changes in resource management and activity planning.

The Fieldmotion concept was first devised as a solution to enable businesses to better manage their field based operatives but has evolved into a fully functioning, intuitive and easy to use Intelligent Mobile Workforce Management platform enabling business owners to take back control of the day to day running of their companies.
With over 30 staff at their headquarters in Northern Ireland, the Fieldmotion brand has expanded worldwide. As well as facilitating businesses across Ireland and the UK, Fieldmotion operates in USA, Canada, and South Africa, providing their solution to many different industry sectors.
